SHIPPING POLICIES
1. The customer agrees to provide a valid address that can be located
 where the order can be delivered. In the event that the customer provides an address that is not located by the courier, any additional cost will be covered by the customer.
2. All shipments made by us are perfectly packaged. In the event that your order is delivered with physical damage by the courier, you must add a note when signing the manifest to the courier employee indicating that the package shows signs of mistreatment. Without this note, it is understood that you receive the package in compliance.
3. Once the package has been received by you or someone at the delivery address, you have 24 hours to report any anomalies due to physical damage or missing items in your order. After this period, no changes or claims can be made.
4. The delivery area for our products is limited to the United States.
We deliver to all locations where there is coverage through the parcel companies we have service with. In deliveries by parcel companies, we depend entirely on the conditions of each one of them.
5. We cannot process orders with an incomplete delivery address.
6. If your order includes products that are in stock and others that are on order, you will be charged for each of the shipments.
